Primary Gaming will refund any subscriber if he or she does not receive his or her reward after 72 hours at request of the subscriber. If the subscriber has received his or her reward and decides after receiving his or her reward he or she does not like the game or decides to quit, Primary Gaming will not be obligated to place any refund.

Each subscriber is obligated to send us an email letting us their order was not loaded, they need to provide the following info,

• Order Number:
• Character name:
• What you donated for:
• Server Name: ZSZC(Fire) or ZSZC(Water)
• When did you donate:

If you are caught botting or using any other illegal 3rd party tool you are not entitled to a refund.
