Still some buyers edit the wrong area when ordering for someone else! Please read the instructions better when ordering. When you want to order something for someone else you need to edit the information at "BILL TO" "Account Maintenance > Account Information >Game Account Information".

On another note, with the loading of zsp and sp there is a slight delay. Currently we are in the process of testing a new program where we also can load avatars when a user is offline. All orders not yet processed will be done as soon as possible.

PS; Do not post on the forum that you did not get your order, read our policy's (which everyone should do before ordering) to see what you need to do when you haven't received your order yet.

[ 8-8 Loading system has been upgraded, loading of zsp and sp will be faster again ]

As of yesterday (30-7) GoneFishin and PGTycoon are able to load ZSP up to accounts that have bought ZSP. Delivery of ZSP will be quicker, we expect that zsp delivery will be within 6 hours max. We are also working on doing this for SP, this will take somewhat longer since some of you might have noticed there is a bug when SP gets loaded. We will inform our customers in due time when we are also able to load up SP.

As for avatars dresses, hats and SUN items the tech guys are working on making them all available in the Item Mall so they do not need to be bought through the web shop anymore. This will save you as customer a lot of aggravation and us a lot of time in making these deliveries in game.
